1General Terms

8Account Closure

An account may be closed by the user or by xbaij.

• To close your account yourself: Email our support team or submit a closure request from your account settings.
• Closed by xbaij: In cases of terms violation, fraud, or security concerns.
• Any valid balance may be withdrawn before account closure, provided no terms have been violated.
• All data from closed accounts will be retained for the legally required period.
